Sauteed Summer Squash with Snow Peas Recipe

Ingredients:

2 each: sliced green onions, minced garlic cloves

1 1/2 cups yellow summer squash

2 ounces snow peas

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon or basil leaves

Salt and white pepper, to taste

Method:

Sauteed green onions and garlic in lightly greased large skillet 2 to 3 minutes. Add squash, snow peas, and tarragon, and cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
