Real Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled, quartered, cooked

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

1/4 cup fat-free milk, hot

2 tablespoons margarine or butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

Mash potatoes with potato masher or electric mixer, adding sour cream, milk, and margarine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat in saucepan over medium heat until hot, about 5 minutes.
