Herbed Tomato Halves Recipe4 servings
Ingredients: 4 medium tomatoes, halved 1/4 cup grated fat-free Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon unseasoned dry bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon each: dried basil, marjoram, and thyme leaves 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2-3 inches pepper |
Method: Place tomatoes, cut sides up, in baking pan, sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees until tomatoes are hot and topping is browned, 15 to 20 minutes. |
