Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup plain fat-free yogurt

1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled

1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen, unsweetened strawberries

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 packet Splenda or 2-3 teaspoons sugar

Method:

Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.

 

Note: Replace the strawberries with any berry of fruit that you like for a versatile menu or smoothies!
