Perfect to serve with any dip, or to eat as a snack



3 whole wheat pocket breads

Butter-flavored cooking spray

3-4 teaspoons Italian seasoning or other desired herbs


Open breads and spread each into 2 halves. Cut each half into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges, soft sides up, in single layer on jelly roll pan. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 425 degrees until browned and crisp, 5 to 10 minutes.


Seasoned Pita Chips - Make recipe above, substituting 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder, ground cumin or garlic powder for the Italian seasoning.


Parmesan Pita Chips - Make recipe above, substituting 2 to 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese for the Italian Seasoning.
