Pasta, White Bean and Red Cabbage Salad Recipe

6 servings



6 ounces rotini, cooked, room temperature

1 cup each: rinsed, drained, canned Great Northern beans, sliced red cabbage

1/4 cup each: chopped onion, green bell pepper


Caraway Dressing:

1/2 cup each: fat-free mayonnaise, fat-free sour cream

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon each: minced garlic, crushed caraway seeds

1/4 teaspoon each: salt, pepper


Combine all ingredients in salad bowl and toss.


Caraway Dressing:

Mix all ingredients.
