Veal Chili Poblano Recipe

Veal Chili Poblano Recipe

4 servings



1 pound ground lean veal or turkey

1 each: chopped large onions, small poblano chili, rib celery

1 can each: reduced-sodium crushed tomatoes, rinsed drained Great Northern beans

1/2 - 1 package chili seasoning mix


Cook veal in lightly greased large saucepan until browned and crumbly, about 8 minutes, add onion, poblano chili, and celery and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, beans and seasoning mix, heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
