Turkey Bow-Tie Pasta Au Gratin Recipe

16 ounces bow-tie pasta, cooked

1 pound cooked turkey breast, cubed

1 package frozen cut broccoli, thawed, well drained

1 rib celery, chopped

1/2 cup each: reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth, fat-free sour cream

1 tablespoon dried dill weed

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs


Toss pasta, turkey, broccoli, and celery in 2 1/2 quart casserole, mix in combined broth, sour cream, dill and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees 20 minutes, uncover and bake until hot and browned, about 15 minutes longer.
