Chicken Stuffed Shells with White Sauce Recipe

6 servings



1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed

1 cup fat-free milk

1 egg white

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, crushed

1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

1/4 teaspoon each: ground nutmeg, salt, pepper

3-4 dashes hot pepper sauce

30 jumbo shells, cooked al dente

White Sauce


Process chicken breast in the food processor until very finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, and White Sauce, process just until blended. Spoon mixture into shells and arrange in greased baking dish, spoon White Sauce over shells. Bake, loosely covered, at 350 degrees until chicken filling is cooked, 30 to 35 minutes.
