Beef and Noodle Bake Recipe6 servings An old-fashioned cold weather meal, quick to fix and hearty.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 1 cup each: chopped onion, green bell pepper, whole kernel corn 1 can reduced-sodium diced tomatoes, undrained 1/2 teaspoon pepper 12 ounces thin egg noodles, cooked 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs |
Method: Cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat in lightly greased large skillet until beef is browned, about 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in 2 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until hot, about 30 minutes.
