Artichoke and Stuffing Casserole Recipe4 servings Enjoy the flavor of stuffed artichokes, with very little work!
Ingredients: 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon each: chopped garlic, dried oregano leaves 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 can artichoke hearts, drained, sliced 2 cups seasoned stuffing cubes 3/4 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth Salt and pepper, to taste |
Method: Saute onion, garlic, and oregano in oil in medium skillet until tender about 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients, except salt, and pepper, in 2-quart glass casserole, season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until hot, about 30 minutes.
