Almond Cheesecake Squares Recipe

24 ounces fat-free cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup fat-free sour cream

5 1/2 teaspoon Equal sweetener

3 each: eggs

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Chocolate Crumb Crust

1/4 cup sliced almonds


Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth in large bowl, beat in remaining ingredients, except Chocolate Crumb Crust and almonds. Pour into crust, sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 300 degrees until set, about 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack, refrigerate until chilled, 8 hours or overnight. Cut into squares.
