Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Recipe

Makes 2 cups



2 large red bell peppers, cut into halves

1 teaspoon sugar


Place peppers, skin sides up, on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source until skins are blistered and blackened. Place peppers in plastic bag for 5 minutes, remove and peel off skins.


Process peppers and sugar in food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
