Chicken Ravioli Recipe

Makes 18 ravioli



8 ounces ground chicken breast

1 tablespoon minced green onion

1 teaspoon each: minced garlic, gingerroot

1/8 teaspoon each: salt, pepper

36 wonton wrappers


Combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers, in small bowl. Place rounded teaspoon of chicken mixture in center of each of 18 wonton wrappers. Moisten edges of wrappers with water. Top with remaining wrappers, press edges to seal. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to cook.
