Tex-Mex Sweet Corn Recipe

2-3 tablespoons margarine or butter

1/2 teaspoon each: chili and garlic powder, ground cumin, dried oregano leaves

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

6 ears corn, cooked, warm

Salt, to taste

Chopped cilantro, as garnish


Heat margarine, herbs, and cayenne pepper in small saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted. Brush on corn, sprinkle lightly with salt and cilantro.
