Sauteed Leeks and Peppers Recipe

3 medium leeks (white parts only), sliced

1/2 cup each: sliced yellow, red, and green bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried bouquet garni

Salt and pepper, to taste


Cook vegetables and bouquet garni in lightly greased large skillet, covered, over medium heat until softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Cook, uncovered, until vegetables are tender and beginning to brown about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
