4 medium tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup grated fat-free Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon unseasoned dry bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon each: dried basil, marjoram, and thyme leaves

1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2-3 inches pepper


Place tomatoes, cut sides up, in baking pan, sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees until tomatoes are hot and topping is browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
