Herb-Crumbed Broccoli Recipe6 servings
Ingredients: 2-4 tablespoons chopped pecans 1/4 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon each: dried marjoram and chervil leaves 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, cut into florets and stalks sliced, cooked Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Cook pecans, bread crumbs, and herbs in lightly greased small skillet over medium heat until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Season broccoli to taste with salt and pepper, spoon crumb mixture over. |
