Fried Corn Recipe

3 cups whole-kernel corn

3/4 cup each: sliced green and red bell pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup water

Salt and pepper, to taste


Combine corn, bell peppers, and garlic in lightly greased large skillet, cook, covered, over medium heat until vegetables are tender and browned, about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water and cook, covered, over low heat until water is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
