Red Tomato Salsa RecipeMakes about 1 cup
Ingredients: 1 cup chopped onion 3 tablespoons each: chopped onion, poblano chili or green bell pepper 1/4 jalapeno chili, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro, chopped Salt, to taste |

Method: Mix all ingredients, except salt. Season to taste with salt.
Serve with Nachos.
Note: Your favorite Mexican appetizer, without the guild. Cooked, crumbled Chorizo can be added to make these nachos with Red Tomato Salsa "grandes" |
