Garden Patch Pizza Recipe8 slices
Ingredients: 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, room temperature 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 1 large whole wheat lavosh 1 cup each: broccoli florets, chopped, seeded cucumber 2-3 marinated artichoke hearts, drained, sliced 1/4 cup each: sliced carrot, sliced green onion 1-2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Havarti cheese 1/4 cup French or other fat-free salad dressing |

Method: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Italian seasoning, spread on lavosh. Arrange vegetables and cheese on top and drizzle with salad dressing. |
