Country Egg and Green Onion Sandwich Recipe

A simple, unsophisticated sandwich that is super quick to make and remarkably satisfying.

 

Ingredients:

4 slices multigrain bread

Vegetable cooking spray

2 tablespoons chili sauce

2 large eggs, fried

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 green onions, sliced

Method:

Spray both sides of bread with cooking spray, cook bread in large skillet over medium heat until toasted 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Spread 2 slices of bread with chili sauce, top with eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with green onions, and remaining bread.
