Blue Cheese and Pear Melt Recipe

4 servings



8 slices honey wheat or light rye bread

4 slices fat-free Swiss cheese

1/4 cup mango chutney

1 medium pear, cored, sliced

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Vegetable cooking spray


Top 4 slices bread with Swiss cheese and spread each with 1 tablespoon chutney, top with pear slices, blue cheese, and remaining bread. Spray both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray, cook in large skillet over medium to medium-low heat until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
