Black Bean Hummus Recipe6 servings Tahini (ground sesame paste) and soy sauce season this unusual bean dip.
Ingredients: 1 can black beans, rinsed, drained 1/4 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth or water 2-3 tablespoons tahini 3 cloves garlic 2 - 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste Pita Chips |

Method: Process beans, broth, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce in food processor until smooth: season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with Pita Chips.
