Wilted Spinach Salad Recipe

4 servings



1 package fresh spinach

4 green onions, sliced

4 slices bacon, fried crisp, well drained, crumbled

1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

1 cup fat-free French or sweet-sour salad dressing

Salt and pepper, to taste


Combine spinach, onions, bacon and egg in salad bowl. Heat French dressing to boiling in small saucepan, pour over salad and toss. Season to taste with salad and pepper.
