Waldorf Salad Recipe

This colorful version of waldorf uses both red and green apples. Add miniature marshmallows, if your family insists!

 

Ingredients:

2 cups unpeeled, cubed red and green apples

1 cup sliced celery

1/4 cup each: chopped, toasted walnuts, raisins, fat-free mayonnaise, sour cream

2-3 teaspoons lemon juice

1-2 tablespoons honey

Method:

Combine apples, celery, walnuts, and raisins in bowl. Mix in combined remaining ingredients.
