1 package frozen baby lima beans, cooked

1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained

1 large Idaho potato, peeled, cooked, cubed

1 cup each: peeled, seeded, chopped cucumber, sliced zucchini

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Citrus Vinaigrette


Combine all ingredients in salad bowl and toss.
