Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped tomato 1/2 cup each: sprouted wheat berries, chick peas, and lentils 2 green onions, sliced 1/2 cup fat-free blue cheese or other desired salad dressing 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese |

Method: Combine all ingredients, except blue cheese, in bowl and toss, sprinkle with blue cheese. |
