Mustard Turmeric Vinaigrette Recipe

Makes 1/2 cup



1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive or canola oil

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon each: salt, pepper


Heat vinegar and turmeric in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until turmeric is dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes, cool. Combined with remaining ingredients.
