Mock Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

6 ounces fat-free cream cheese

1/3 cup fat-free sour cream

3-4 tablespoons fat-free milk

1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric

Method:

Heat all ingredients in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
