Ingredients: 4 large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, cubed 1 cup cubed pineapple 1/2 medium cucumber, seeded, sliced 1/4 cup each: finely chopped red bell pepper, sliced green onions 1 can black beans, rinsed, drained Honey Lime Dressing Mint sprigs, as garnish |
Method: Combine all ingredients, except mint, in salad bowl and toss, garnish with mint. |
