Jicama Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

12 ounces jicama, peeled, cut into strips

1/2 cup sliced zucchini

1 small orange, peeled, cut into segments

2-3 thin slices red onion

Cilantro Lime Dressing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in salad bowl and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
