Method: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest, and sat in large bowl until smooth. Mix in fruit. Spread in 11 x 7-inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight. Before serving, let stand at room temperature until soft enough to cut, 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares, serve on lettuce-lined plates.
