Sun-Dried Tomato Couscous with Chicken and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package sun-dried tomato couscous

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 pound mushrooms, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 1/2 cups water

Method:

Combine couscous and seasoning packet in 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on couscous and top with mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil, pour water over. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked, about 35 minutes.
