Italian Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup each: cooked long-grain rice, shredded cabbage, cubed red or yellow bell pepper

4 ounces Italian-style turkey sausage, cooked, crumbled

8-12 large black olives, pitted, sliced

1/4 cup minced chives or thinly sliced green onions

1/2 - 3/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except salt, and pepper, in bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper.
