Country Style Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups self-rising white cornmeal

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg

2 teaspoons corn oil

1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk

Method:

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees until golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
