Ingredients: 3 cups water Pinch salt 1 1/2 cups each: quick-cooking oats, cooked wheat berries 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts 1/2 cup dried fruit bits or raisins 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar 1 cup fat-free milk |

Method: Heat water and salt to boiling in medium saucepan, stir in oats, wheat berries, pecans, and dried fruit. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, to desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Serve with brown sugar and milk. |
