Sesame Chicken and Asparagus Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed

1 can black beans, rinsed, drained

8 ounces asparagus, sliced

1/2 jar Mandarin sesame sauce for noodles and rice

1 small tomato, coarsely chopped

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 package Chinese egg noodles, cooked, warm

Method:

Stir-fry chicken in lightly greased wok or large skillet until browned, about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles, stir-fry until asparagus is tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over noodles.
