3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable shortening

1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk

2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley


Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk to make a soft dough; stir in parsley.
