Easy Baked Jambalaya Recipe8 servings
Ingredients: 2 cups long grain rice 1 pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed 1 pound mushrooms, halved 1 cup each: chopped green bell peppers, onion, celery 1 package frozen sliced okra 1 jar diced pimientos 2 cans reduced-sodium diced tomatoes, undrained 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon each: salt, cayenne paper 1/2 cup chicken broth or water |

Method: Mix all ingredients in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees until rice is tender with liquid absorbed, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
