Chicken Divan Recipe6 servings
Ingredients: 4 cups cooked rice 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked crisp-tender Tangy Cheese Sauce 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, sliced 1/2 cup grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
Tangy Cheese Sauce 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Spoon rice into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan, arrange broccoli over rice and top with half the Tangy Cheese Sauce. Top with chicken and remaining sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, loosely covered, at 375 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
For Tangy Cheese Sauce: Whisk mayonnaise and flour in medium saucepan; whisk in milk. Heat to boiling, whisk until thickened, about 1 minute. Add cheese, whisking until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
