Chicken and Broccoli Casserole Recipe6 servings
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix 1 can reduced fat-cream of chicken soup 2 cups each: cubed or shredded cooked chicken breast, chopped cooked broccoli 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon black pepper |

Method: Drizzle margarine over stuffing mix and toss; spoon 1/2 the mixture into greased 2-quart casserole. Pour combined soup, chicken, broccoli, onion and pepper over stuffing; sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until browned and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
