Spinach Pesto Recipe

1/2 cup

 

Ingredients:

2 cups loosely packed spinach

1/3 cup loosely packed basil leaves

2-3 cloves garlic

4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

4 teaspoons olive oil

2-4 teaspoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

Process all ingredients, except lemon juice, salt and pepper, in food processor until almost smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
