Quick Gnocchi Chowder with Smoked Turkey Recipe4 servings
Ingredients: 1 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth 1 can reduced-sodium crushed tomatoes, undrained 10 ounces smoked turkey breast, cubed 1 package potato gnocchi 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 2 cups each: broccoli and cauliflower florets 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Heat chicken broth, tomatoes and liquid, turkey, gnocchi, and poultry seasoning to boiling in large saucepan, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli and cauliflower, simmer, covered 5 minutes to 8 minutes. Add basil and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
