Fusilli with Tomatoes and Corn Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped plum tomatoes

1 cup cooked whole-kennel corn

1/2 cup sliced green onions

6 ounces fusilli (spirals), cooked, room temperature

Fresh Basil Dressing

 

Fresh Basil Dressing:

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive or canola oil

3 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:

Combine all ingredients and toss.

 

Fresh Basil Dressing:

Mix all ingredients.
