Method: Whisk milk, wine and flour in medium saucepan until smooth, heat to boiling, whisking until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and whisk in cheese, margarine, and pepper, cook until cheese is melted, 1 to 3 minutes. Serve over fettuccine.
