Curry Sauce Recipe4 servings
Ingredients: 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons curry powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 cup dry white wine or water Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Saute onion and garlic in lightly greased medium saucepan 2 to 3 minutes, stir in flour, curry powder, and cayenne pepper and cook 1 minute. Mix in broth and heat to boiling, stir in combined cornstarch and wine and boil, stirring until thickened, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
