Chili-Dressed Tuna Salad Radiatore Recipe4 servings
Ingredients: 3 cups radiatore, cooked, room temperature 1 can white tuna in water, drained, flaked 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 1/2 medium avocado, cubed 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro 4 cups torn salad greens
Chili Dressing: 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |

Method: Pour dressing over pasta in medium bowl and toss. Add remaining ingredients, except salad greens and toss, serve over greens.
Chili Dressing: Mix all ingredients. |
