Ingredients: 3/4 cup chopped onion 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 3/4 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed, drained 1 package sun-dried tomato ravioili, cooked, warm 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Saute onion and garlic in oil in large skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in beans, ravioli, tomato, and thyme, cook, covered, over medium heat until hot, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
