Sweet and Spicy Pork Stir-Fry Recipe

8 ounces pork, fat trimmed, cubed

3 cups thinly sliced cabbage

1 cup potato, cubed

1/2 cup each: chopped onion, sliced celery, carrot

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/3 cup cold water

1/4 cup each: reduced-sodium soy sauce, catsup

2 tablespoons brown sugar


Stir-fry pork in lightly greased wok or large saucepan over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Add vegetables, stir-fry until tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in combined remaining ingredients, heat to boiling, stirring until thickened, about 1 minute.
